Over the years my wife and I have had the experience of buying and selling homes many times. It is usually a very stressful process for all involved and something we do not look forward too. This last selling transaction however, with our home down on Point No Point Rd in Hansville, was a totally different, positive experience. My husband and I have worked with Mark twice. He helped us first buy, then sell, our home in Kingston, WA. Mark did an outstanding job representing us in a difficult new construction purchase. He effectively communicated with the builder over the course of nine months, mitigating construction delays and representing our best interests. We wanted to walk away at times, but Mark persevered!
